The small size of our unique Hotel allows us to only receive Small Groups. Two or Three Families traveling together, or other Special Accommodations are Welcome. More than TWO rooms on one Reservation ( or credit card ) will be treated as a Group, and are subject to the Managers approval.

FYI – You may need more than a confirmation number to get the rate you expect at a hotel or car rental counter. When you make a reservation for a hotel or a car, the company typically provides you with a confirmation number. In most cases, that number is enough to access your reservation information. But if you show up at the front desk or car rental counter when the computers are off line or down for maintenance, the clerk may not be able to access the information. To get the room or car you want at the price you expect, carry a copy of your full reservation information, including rate information. Print out the information if you book online, or ask the company to fax it or mail it to you if you make reservations by phone.

It's important to know exactly how your name appears in reservation records, especially if you use two last names. Catherine Smith Jones, for example, may use Smith as her middle name. However, when she makes a reservation, the clerk may incorrectly assume that Smith and Jones are both last names. It may not seem like a significant difference — unless you arrive exhausted at the front desk of a hotel at 3 a.m., only to discover there is no reservation on file for anyone named Jones. You may not realize the reservation was made under the name Smith instead.
