Nam June Paik

30 Rockefeller Plaza Street

Rockefeller Center, in association with the Public Art Fund, will exhibit 16 automobiles, a large radio tower, and a nightly laser show by renowned Korean artist Nam June Paik. The cars are from the 1920's, 1930's, 1940's and 1950's, and feature Mozart's Requiem playing in the background.
The nightly laser show will be from 8:30pm - midnight.

Central Park Great Lawn Hosts New York Philharmonic
Summertime concerts by the New York Philharmonic and the Metropolitan Opera are among the highlights of cultural and artistic programs held annually in Central Park. Ending each performance with the traditional fireworks display.

The July 24 event will feature Dvorák's Carnival Overture, Bruch's Scottish Fantasy, Liszt's Les Préludes, Grieg's Peer Gynt Suite No. 1 and Sibelius's Finlandia.
