CHECK IN AND OUT
Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am. This allows us time to properly ready the rooms.
MAXIMUM STAY LENGTH
You’re welcome to book a room for one night up to fifteen nights. No reservations for longer than fifteen nights will be allowed.
BUSINESS USE RATE
We offer an excellent hourly rate on some rooms. The hotel is perfect for a quiet place for a business call or to prepare in peace for a big meeting when the office is too far away. Please contact reservations for details.
MINIMUM AGE
You must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a room. Please be ready to provide a valid government-issued ID when you check in.
PET POLICY
Dogs or cats are welcome here. The Herald Square Hotel is a pet-friendly Manhattan hotel. Please note that there is a mandatory $50 pet-related cleaning fee per stay charged, plus a $100 refundable deposit at check-out when you bring your pet.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a no-show charge equivalent to one night’s rate plus tax.
