Please be aware that All Rates and Quotes are in US Dollars.
Additional Hotel Taxes are:
NY State tax 8.375%, NY City tax 5.875%, Occupancy tax $2.00*, Unit fee $1.50

*0.875% former occupancy tax has been collected in anticipation of
retroactive enactment to the old rate from December 1, 2013 is being
collected and will be refunded upon request if the law is not being change.
All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card.
We do not charge your credit card at this time,
we only hold your credit card number as a guarantee.
Cancellation policy:
Reservations must be canceled 24 hrs. prior to arrival date,
in order to avoid a no-show charge of
one night's room and tax to your credit card.
Reservations made with declined or invalid credit cards are subject to cancellation.
* We only give e-mail receipts for direct reservations @ The Herald Square Hotel you must obtain printed conformation from your third party website, contrary to what anyone says there are no discounts on our all ready discounted prices. When you use a third party we have to pay them a commission to take care of you! There is no benefit in using them because we give special attention to direct Reservations.

* The price and value for all rooms @ The Herald Square Hotel are exactly as described i.e..two persons means two persons, three persons means three persons, there is no room for extra beds, cots etc. and the value pricing reflects the overall policy of the Hotel. Children under 12 years old stay free when sharing a room with adults.
Only registered guests are allowed in the Hotel
Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is 12 noon.
We have luggage lockers for early or late check-outs.
Our rates do not include breakfast. Food service is not available in the hotel.
We have Complementary Coffee, Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate & Gourmet Teas in our Lobby However, you will find many friendly coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, with good value and inexpensive prices.
More than TWO rooms on one Reservation ( or credit card )
will be treated as a Group, and are subject to the Managers approval.
Please have proper photo identification with you upon checking in to the hotel,
(Valid License, Passport etc.) it will assist us with your Hotel registration.
Our front desk agents will be able to
help you with all your tour and travel needs.
We're sorry, For Health and Sanitation reasons we no longer allow pets!
The Management is very sorry but due to abuse of the rules
We are no longer allowing Pets and or Dogs in the Hotel

(South side between 5th Ave. & Broadway, under the Large Video Screen)
